AN INVESTMENT BANK OFFERS
RETAIL BANKING
This project involved envisioning how retail banking services would coexist with this bank's post-merger investment banking online experience.
I worked with my good friend Chris Dugan over the course of several weeks, conducting research interviews with key stakeholders, presenting our findings and finally delivering the wireframe recommendations shown here.
Because of regulations that separate investment and retail banking, critical to this effort was making the user experience as seamless as possible between the two.
