A MIDDLE OFFICE PLATFORM
Aside from my main focus on the CRM product at this major corporate investment bank, I had the opportunity to work on this.
I am especially proud of it because of its strict time, budget and resource constraints. It was one of those fluid 'work the problem' projects, where end users were directly involved in the design process.
I provided UX and design guidance through workshops and dialogs; evaluating needs and pain points, brainstorming and prototyping concepts and solutions, and getting it built and launched.
The tool worked incredibly well, streamlined complex processes, he team was extremely happy with the results.
We were granted US Patent US20190311374A1, for AI technologies we developed to read, evaluate urgency and classify service queries run through the system
