Accessing your images (which can be moved into your shared folder). Accessing your inbox, where you can view anything that's been sent to you. Above, you can access and navigate anything in the play queue, on any screen being shared.

Sharing an Image

The user can send an image from their source library or a shared folder to a shared screen. Shared folders can be custom labeled. Single images or entire shared folders can be added to a shared screen's queue.

Previewing Images

All shared images can be previewed in large format, including any captioning/metadata the user has added. Shared images can be saved to your device.

Navigating Your Image Library

The app provides a way for users to quickly navigate through thousands of images through the use of a 'nano icon heatmap'

Using Photo and Video Features

The app also provides a way to broadcast real-time photos and videos, or save them to your device and then adding to a shared folder or device.

CROWDCAST

CrowdCast is a concept app for peer-to-peer content sharing across a local area network.

 

This technology provides for an enriched, crowd-sourced and empirical dimension to any gathering, transforming the way they are experienced and consumed. Event hosts and participants can curate and broadcast their own channels of content to onsite displays, or directly between devices.

 

These wireframes present a minimum viable product focused on image and video sharing, with minor capabilities for adding short captions or titles.

 

Eventually scope would expand to accommodate documents, statistical data and graphical content. All content being shared would be captured for replay after the events had occurred. content.
